Processing Times
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. During holidays or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided by USPS. Please note that delivery may take longer during winter weather, holiday volume, or customs processing. Once your package has been tendered to USPS, transit timelines and handling are outside of our control.

Shipping Responsibility
Sacred Prairie Wilds is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages that occur during transit. If something unexpected happens, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery — we’re always willing to help where we can.

International Shipping (Canada)
We currently offer shipping to Canada.
Please note: Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by Canada Border Services and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs inspections or border processing may extend delivery times. We cannot estimate or reimburse customs charges.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information. We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
